ABOUT
Mark South is a highly experienced preacher with over 25 years of experience in the local church. He pastored in Long Beach, CA, for 12 years before church planting in Sacramento, CA, in 2008. In 2019, he became the Lead Pastor of Living Stones Church in Sparks, Nevada, and also serves as a Lead Elder to 8 Living Stones Churches in Northern Nevada. Mark has been a member of the Acts 29 Church Planting Network since 2007, where he serves as an Area Lead for Northern Nevada and serves the Acts 29 church planting national assessments in preaching assessment and coaching.
Mark's educational background includes a BA from Biola University and an MA from Talbot School of Theology. He is completing a DMin in Christ-Centered Preaching at Western Seminary, researching Preaching with The Persuasive Voices in the Sermon to the Hebrews.
